Credit Worksheet provides the capability to sell Finance and Insurance (F&I) products by providing online system to dealers and brokers sales channel. Software system has the capability to offer (F&I) products to individual and corporate customers. Software handles Consumer Loans, Hire Purchase, Leases and Chattel Mortgages finance products; Consumer Credit, Guarantee Asset Protection, and Extended Warranty Insurance products. System automatically calculates State specific Stamp Duty and Federal Goods and Service Tax. Software system also interfaces with Glasses Guide for automotive asset details. System has the capability to print documentation for various types of finance and insurance products. The application is scheduled to be launched in 2008.

Credit Assessment System (CAS)

Credit Assessment System provides the capability to quickly access credit worthiness of individual and corporate customers. Software system provides point scoring feature for individual customers and fully integrated with Veda Advantage Credit agency for pulling individual and corporate customers credit file. Software system comes with a strong workflow engine to manage team based credit approval environment. The application is scheduled to be launched in 2008.

Credit Management System (CMS)

Credit Management System a comprehensive and smart Lease & Finance tool that can manage complete loan cycle from contract activation to closure life cycle with efficient and secure access to all end users (Finance Company, Business Partners and Individual clients). Credit Management System provides the capability for disbursement of funds to dealers and payment of commission and brokerage fees to dealers and brokers. Software system has a strong Direct Debit module which fully automates customer receivables. A consumer loan module fully complied with Uniform Consumer Credit Code (UCCC) requirement. CMS also comes with customer service modules capable of generating early termination quotes based on actuarial and rule of 78 calculation methods.
Flexible taxation module can support all taxation in accordance with State based laws. Comprehensive accounting features are provided to meet accounting requirements with interface to other Accounting Systems. The application is scheduled to be launched in 2010.

Dealer Management System

On-line application to fund and track Dealer Inventory for sales escalation, expand Customer base of Lease & Finance Companies/ Banks. The funding can be provided on New & Used Assets as per Lease & Finance Companies/ Banks policies. The Lease & Finance Companies/ Banks can control the Dealer Financing within/ over the authorized/ assigned credit limits. The system capable of handling payment disbursements with multiple distributor interfaces. Flexible system to handle current & future taxation laws. Comprehensive Accounting built in for easy interface to any G/L system.
The system can handle all loan processing activities such as loan initiation, approval/ release, disbursement, settlement and transfers. Efficient and accurate interest (parameterized interest categories) calculation functions are built for monthly/ periodic billing cycles of dealers and distributors. The application is scheduled to be launched in 2009.
